Fishing Major Periods

It's worth taking note of a major feeding period, but not worth adjusting our whole day based upon this time frame. If you’re on the water eight to ten hours, you will actually be fishing through major, minor and in-between periods. If convenient, it doesn't hurt to be at one of your best areas when a major period occurs.

There are simply too many other factors to take into account, which can influence bass behavior. Conditions such as rain, wind, barometric pressure change, heat, water temperature, cloud cover, baitfish and current can all contribute to the behavioral pattern of bass.  Figuring out the adjustments based upon elements makes the sport fun and challenging.
